12kw Fibre Laser & Plasma
We offer a versatile cutting setup combining a high-precision 12kW fiber laser and a powerful plasma cutting system. The fiber laser ensures fast, accurate cutting of materials like stainless steel and aluminum, while the plasma cutter efficiently handles thicker metal plates. Together, they provide a complete solution for both fine and heavy-duty metal fabrication.

Laser cutting
Laser cutting provides high precision and clean edges for metal plates used in storage tanks. The process ensures minimal thermal distortion, high repeatability, and is suitable for thick materials like stainless or carbon steel. It’s ideal to improves both production efficiency and assembly quality.

Rolling of up to 25mm steel
We provide precision rolling of steel plates up to 25mm thick, specifically suited for tank fabrication. This process ensures consistent curvature and high structural integrity, meeting the demanding requirements of industrial and custom-built tanks.

Welding robot

Longitudinal seam welder
